Job Description



Roles & Responsibilities

  • Play a leading role in developing new businesses and driving revenue growth for the company
  • Brainstorm new & innovative growth initiatives and business plans, in line with company’s strategic objectives on developing core digital marketing & IT services/products
  • Drive the implementations of these plans and initiatives to achieve company’s strategic objectives
  • Screen for potential business opportunities by analyzing market trends, requirements, potentials & competitor’s activities
  • Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, creating new business opportunities & managing/expanding customers and/or partners relationships
  • Develop proposal activities including RFP requirements, proposal review, business models and negotiate contracts
  • Source for new products, new technology and/or new services to complement organisation’s current system and services offering


  • Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, Business Operations & Management Consulting
  • Broad understanding of the trends in digital/media/marketing services, product development, marketing and selling
  • Proven ability & good track record in managing all stages of the consultative sales cycle including prospecting, requirements analysis, presentation, proposal, negotiation and closing
  • Detailed-oriented and analytical with the abilities to grasp on the bigger picture
  • A team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Have strong communication skills to persuade/align objectives with various stakeholders
  • Excellent written and communication skills including presentation skills
  • Ability to read, speak and write in Korean to liaise with HQ & business associates
