We are an Australian based Brewer looking to share our Australia flavour to the region. We have opened brand new kitchens in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing and as part of our business growth and expansion, we are looking to share our love for food using fresh ingredients and professional cooking techniques through our brand new and modern kitchen in Singapore!

We’re looking for a dedicated, dynamic and reliable Chef de Partie to join our hospitality venue in Singapore. In this role you will be pro-active, an effective communicator and have the ability to support the kitchen crew. This challenging role will suit an individual who can bring with them creativity, flair and flexibility, required to consistently provide high quality products and service.


You will need to bring the following skills and qualities:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
  • Punctuality and Teamwork 
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, public holidays and weekends
