Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Pasir Panjang

Working hour: Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6pm Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

The Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the success of SMEs Go Digital (SMEGD) Programme. You will be part of the Performance and Pre-Approval team to support the SMEGD Programme.


  • Provide administrative advice and support services, such as checking completeness of grant claims application forms and pre-approval checklist submission
  • Critically review preliminary information requested from applicants to assess eligibility of applicant for grant claims and pre-approval of digital solutions
  • Verify completeness and authenticity of the application, checklist, claims and supporting documents
  • Perform site visits during application or claims to ensure project deliverables are delivered and compliant as stated in grant applications and pre-approval checklist
  • Accountable for maintaining timely and accurate information of grant status and pre-approval application status in the tracking system
  • Monitor and review fund utilisation, generate statistics and progress reporting to key stakeholders
  • Handle enquiries from applicants and IT Solution Providers pertaining to the grant schemes and pre-approval application
  • Review and recommend options for the continuous improvement of policies, procedures, or system enhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery in grant administration and pre-approval process
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Reporting Officer

  • Degree or Diploma holder with more than 2 years of working experience
  • IT knowledge would have an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Exercise keen attention to details
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Experience in financial/operational audits is an advantage, but not necessary
  • A team-player but also enjoy working independently
