The primary job responsibility is to meet with HR’s of clients.
– Following the consultative selling model, the incumbent will be responsible for selling recruitment solutions to our prospective clients.
– Candidates who are involved in sales of big ticket size
– Selling the database and allied recruitment solutions that come with it.
– Cold-calling, finding prospective clients, setting up meetings and giving a demo of to potential clients
– Keeping a track of the industry’s recruitment needs and accordingly identifying potential clients.
– Delivering on monthly/quarterly targets.
– People from recruitment, HR Solution sales or candidates who are directly in touch with HR Heads as clients are preferred.
