Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry or reservations
- Handling all group booking.
- Liaise with clients ensures optimal performance.
- Good computer skills excel and power point and other should be beneficial.
- Handle administrative functions in the sales departments.
- A positive attitude, energetic and well organized.
- Providing the group nationality sheet to entire hotel.
- Work with Reservations, Front Office Coordinate all booking details.
- Provide information to accounts receivable as they request.
- Prepare contracts for clients and follow up.
- Liaise with sales managers to assist anything required.
- Ensure that all travel agents quires and request are attended to in a helpful, professional and friendly manner.
