Roles & Responsibilities
End to End recruitment
Client Account Management
Coordinate with candidate for arranging interviews
Final closure of positions
Mentoring and managing recruiter’s team
Screening of CV’s submitted by team
Enhancement of processes
Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma
At least 4-6 years of hands on recruitment experience in IT recruitment industry
Excellent communications, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work as team member and have positive attitude towards work.
Individual should be able to work independently.
Candidate should be result oriented.
Flexibility to work after office hours for coordination.
Experience in local environment will be an added advantage.
