Executive, Customer Service

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer service for countries in South East Asia
  • Responding to Customer Complaints/Feedbacks through internal system.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Support Email and SMS, and other digital campaigns set up and execution

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher Diploma in any field
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Good communication skills (Both written and oral) in at least 2 of the languages – English, Chinese, Malay. (To communicate with business associates)
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, multi-task and able to respond well under pressure.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Able to deliver timely and accurate results
  • Positive working attitude with pleasant personality
  • Highly motivated and a team player
