Executive, Customer Service
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer service for countries in South East Asia
- Responding to Customer Complaints/Feedbacks through internal system.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
- Support Email and SMS, and other digital campaigns set up and execution
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Good communication skills (Both written and oral) in at least 2 of the languages – English, Chinese, Malay. (To communicate with business associates)
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, multi-task and able to respond well under pressure.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Able to deliver timely and accurate results
- Positive working attitude with pleasant personality
- Highly motivated and a team player
