Job Description
You will be part of the APAC E-Commerce Centre of Excellence team, a team that supports the Personal Health country teams in APAC in advancing key E-Commerce capabilities. Personal Health is Philips Consumer business, offering products in Household Appliances, Personal Care and Health & Wellness.

E-Commerce is a rapidly growing channel and a strategic priority for our business. The E-commerce team is young, fast-moving and fun-loving, with an entrepreneurial and high performance mindset.

Your Key Areas of Responsibility:
Ecommerce Content

Maintain track of the Philips portfolio across all APAC countries and key platforms and ensure it is always up to date (phase-in / phase out) and covered in our Ecommerce SKU map.
Work with regional and country Category Marketing and E-Commerce teams to drive creation and implementation of rich content across online channels (Marketplaces, Philips online shop, CRM, campaign pages). Rich content can be product, category, shop-in-shop, educational, engagement or campaign content.
Manage content creation by Philips Design, agency or partners and create/adapt content yourself in line with the Philips brand guidelines.
Improve standardized product naming, description, features and specifications for implementation across Ecommerce channels.
Maintain the APAC Ecommerce Content & Asset Hub, a central content repository of locally optimized product and marketing content
E-trade Solutions

Drive regional Ratings & Reviews acquisition and syndication across channels, working with country marketing teams, agencies and channel partners
Own the Leads program (buy buttons on Philips websites), onboarding new retailers and ensure a sufficient part of the portfolio is covered and performance is tracked
Drive Content syndication to channel partners through automated solutions
On-site Marketing & Optimization

Optimize all elements of our presence on key online channels, from content to shop-in-shop structure to campaign flows (online eco-system)
For online channels that offer on-site marketing solutions (e.g. Lazada, Shopee) you are in charge of developing the insights and framework to optimize our activities through these tools, working with country Ecommerce and marketing teams to set up a program of test & learn activities.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Typically, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of related experience.
In-depth understanding of digital & e-commerce dynamics and players in the industry to recommend effective strategies.
Professional knowledge of relevant online marketing tools and strategies.
Online marketing experience, either from brand principal, distributor or e-commerce platform.
Digital content and design experience: strong sense of aesthetics and how to improve CTR, UX.
Photoshop, Illustrator etc. experience a plus. Attention for detail required in implementation.
Strong structuring and analytical skills (excel) and able to drive performance improvements through a data-driven approach and testing
Ability to prepare (powerpoint) presentations and present findings/plans on regional management level.
Ability to think both strategically and execute hands-on
Ability to work independently, with strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills and a (fun) team player mentality.
