Our Client, a global leader in the recruitment consulting industry, providing tailor-made recruitment solutions is looking for a CRM Data Analyst/Manager covering the Asia Pacific region.

Job Description

Based in Singapore office, and reporting to the Asia Pacific Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for formulating plans, implementing campaigns, and enforcing proper data collection policies and procedures to support the business. This will include and will not be limited to:

  • Generate insight into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives
  • Initiate, drive and support CRM activities using data
  • Capture and maintain a holistic data view for customer reporting
  • Manage CRM system requirements with IT
  • Provides data metrics (clarity, accuracy, depth and recommendations) to business and all stakeholders
  • Provide reporting support to Key Account Management program for APAC
  • Proposing potential marketing campaign approaches to target database segments in-line with business goals and opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills to provide sound judgment in past campaigns tracking results and propose next step
  • Liaise with key and senior stakeholders (Directors, Managing Directors, Regional Managing Directors) in order to maintain an evolution of information needs
  • Providing sound advice and recommendations with reports to support business goals
Requirements

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working closely with data, coding and reporting in a SQL Server environment
  • Experience in PowerBI, Exact Target, Pardot/ Marketo and SQL is required
  • Experience in website scrapping and statistical predictive modelling will be highly advantageous
  • Strong Excel reporting skills (Macro, Pivot table, V-lookup etc) required
  • Crystal Reports experience (or similar reporting package) will be highly regarded, but not necessary
  • Analytical mindset
  • Building strong internal and external relationships
  • Experience working with teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies and business lines will be highly regarded
  • Experience with various SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies will be highly regarded
  • Hands-on experience such as SQL data extraction, running campaigns, driving projects, prepare proposal and make presentation to senior management will be highly advantageous
